During May, our team of receptionists who answer your calls, received a total of 12,173 calls. We had 236 patients who did not attend their appointments during April. This amounts to a staggering 39.33 hours of wasted clinical time. Please be kind to our receptionists, who are under pressure daily.

Telephone Calls

Please be aware all incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded, and the conversations saved as sound files. These files can then easily be attached to patient records. Whether the call is inbound or outbound
