Demand

In September our receptionists answered 13,616 calls. We had 266 patients that did not attend their appointment in June – this is a staggering 27 hours of clinical time wasted. Please be kind to our receptionists, who are under pressure daily.

Surgery Closed

Fern House Surgery will be Closed on Thursday 17th October 2024 from 12.00pm (midday) for time to learn.

RSV Vaccination

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a common cause of coughs and colds. It usually gets better by itself, but it can be serious for some babies and older adults.
