During December 2025 our team of receptionists who answer your calls, received a total of 12,688 calls.
We had 231 patients who did not attend their appointments during December.
This amounts to a staggering 38.5 hours of wasted clinical time that could have been offered to other patients
If you cannot attend your appointment please call the practice and press option 2 to leave a message.
Please be kind to our receptionists, who are under pressure daily.
