Online request changes
We are switching from Patchs to Accurx
Fern House Surgery are switching from PATCHS to Accurx for online consultations offers a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for patients and staff. Accurx allows for quicker submissions, no account registration, and NHS App sign-in for convenience. The transition also aims to improve staff efficiency in answering queries.
How to use this?
You will be able to find the Accurx online system via our website on www.fernhousesurgery.co.uk You can make an Admin or Medical request from 8am rather than waiting on the phone from 8am.
What happens if we struggle to use Accurx?
If you do not have access to the internet, you can still call through to reception for assistance or visit at the front desk but every request will need to go through the Accurx triage system.
We are not an Emergency Service
A GP surgery is for routine and non-urgent medical care. For life-threating situations or series injuries, you should go to A&E or call 999. If you need urgent medical help that isn't life threating, you can call 111.
