GP surgeries close for half a day, typically one afternoon per month, for mandatory staff training (also known as Protected Learning Time). These dates are set locally by the practice or the regional NHS Integrated Care Board and are not universal across the country Please note the Practice will be closed  for  staff training on the 10th March 2026  from 12 o clock
