Every 3 minutes someone in the UK dies from cardiovascular disease. This heart month support BHF and help bring us closer to the next breakthrough. LGBT+ History month.
February is LGBTQ+ history month. This month is dedicated to observing the history and celebrating the rich culture of the LGBTQ+ community. Please visit www.lgbtplushistorymonth.co.uk 
Reminder for patients
When booking online Pharmacist reviews. All slots booked AM will be contacted between 8:30am and 12 noon. All slots booked PMI patients will be called between 12 noon and 6:30pm. Your Clinician may call
from an unknown or withheld number. Please ensure your phone can receive these calls .

News update
Don't start your new year with dental pain request an urgent dental appointment if you are in pain. If you need urgent dental care, appointments are now available in dental practices across mid and south Essex.
You can access these appointments by calling NHS111 and you don't need to be registered with an NHS dentist to access them.  www.midandsouthessed.ics.nhs.uk

With you in mind. Mental Health activity project
Based at Chelmsford sport and Athletics Centre We offer inclusive activity sessions for people who want to
improve their confidence , wellbeing and mental health
Sessions are on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on a weekly basis, from 2 to 4pm and your first session is FREE and £3 there after.  Activities include badminton, table tennis, group exercise classes, led walks, relaxation sessions, board games, mindful colouring, workshops and more.
Essex Therapy Dogs will be visiting the regular Friday sessions for with you in mind from 2.30 to 3.30pm on
