BRANCH SURGERIES

Residents of Wickham Bishops may attend the Kelvedon Road Surgery on Monday mornings from 9.15am and Thursday mornings from 9.00am. Consultations are by appointment only - telephone 01376 512935.

Residents of Terling may attend the Owls Hill Surgery on Tuesday mornings from 8.30am. Consultations are by appointment only - telephone 01376 512935.

OUT OF HOURS SERVICE

For urgent treatment outside normal surgery hours please call 01376 502108 and you will automatically be connected to the out-of-hours service.

NHS DIRECT

NHS Direct offers free 24 hour telephone advice about personal healthcare. They aim to provide callers with the advice they need and if necessary direct them to the right service. Tel 0845 4647.

CHAPERONE

A chaperone is always available on request.

DISABLED

Fern House has parking spaces, wheelchair access, lift and toilet facilities for the disabled and a portable InfoLoop system to assist patients wearing hearing aids.

RESTRICTED CAR PARKING

Car parking spaces at the rear of Fern House are for doctors, staff, the disabled and emergency services. Parking is available nearby at Mill Lane car park.
