The Care Trust also employs district nurses who are based at Fern House.
The district nurses are mainly involved in nursing in the home. If you need a
district nurse to visit you after you are discharged from hospital, this will
normally be arranged by the hospital. The district nurses may be contacted direct
on 01376 513205.
Midwife
There is a midwife available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons by appointment.
